How long do junk cases and press ons take to ship?

Average processing time takes 2-4 days and standard USPS shipping takes 2-5 business days.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

No extra guests are allowed for privacy, safety, and spacial reasons.

Why are deposits required (and sometimes non-refundable)?

Deposits are safety measures for service providers that ensure their time and products are not wasted on unserious orders or appointments. If an appointment gets booked without the committed intent to show up, it unnecessarily takes the slot away from others who may have needed it and been ready. (Imagine being scheduled for work and promised that you will get paid for it, but when you’re ready and there, you’re sent back home. That’s what it’s like :( There are other productive things you could have done in that time).

Why are there squeeze-in fees?

Squeeze in fees function the same way that overtime pay does. It’s compensation for working outside of designated work hours.
